This is over my frustration after going to the bookstore today to buy my books for class.

I went in to buy two books.
1. The History and Theory of Rhetoric
A 300 page PAPERBACK book about a lotttta philosophy

2. Boxing Plato's Shadow
Another PAPERBACK book, but this one 105 pages

(note: the page numbers include everything, even the index)

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! FOR TWO PAPERBACK BOOKS?!

(note: This was for ONE class AND I already pay $40,000 a year in tuition)

I got ass raped by the bookstore. And not in a good way...

for reals.

So I decided to stick it to the man!
I came home (yes after purchasing my books because I had homework tonight) ordered my two books on amazon.com and have until next Friday to return these over priced books back to the campus bookstore.
All for an overall profit of $60 (even after shipping)

While doing my research I found that textbooks.com generally has the cheapest prices. I am also a fan of half.com and of course amazon.com

There is a new trend out provided by chegg.com where you can actually RENT your books (for about 40-60% of the used book price) and when the semester is over you ship it back for free!

All of these great tools will help you not get raped in college and keep your purity safe and pockets full.
Well...as full as a starving college students pockets can get.
